We want to give you a hassle-free way to return anything.
You can return any item to us within 28 days of receiving your original order, including sale items (just make sure your items are in the original condition).
Want to return something? No problem, all we ask is that you make sure we know the order number your return relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or to change it for another size or color. We can’t take care of your return without these details, so make sure the returns form is filled out and placed in your parcel.
If you’d like to return your item for an exchange, we’ll send your replacement to the default delivery address on your account. To check or update your address details, log into My Account and click ‘edit’ below your Address Book (remember to click ‘Save’ when you’re done).
It can usually take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse, depending on which postal service you use.
We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition and either order your replacements or apply your refund to your original payment type. This is usually done within 1 working day.
If you’ve returned multiple items from different orders, please allow up to 72 hours for all of your return to be completed.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. This typically takes 5 working days , dependent on your bank/card issuer.
Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive.
You’ll be able to follow your order if it’s been sent with a trackable service. To check this, all you need to do is log into ‘My Account’ and view your order. If the status shows ‘Track This Order’, just click the link and you’ll be able to follow your parcel. If the status shows ‘Shipped’, your order has been sent with your local postal service and isn’t trackable.
Your tracking link will be able to provide up to date information on the status of your order.

Your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days for all orders placed before 3pm after validation (every day except weekends and holidays).
Place order before 3 pm will be delivered the next working day (every day except weekends and holidays). If you place your order after 3 pm, it will be delivered the next day. For example if you order on Friday after 3pm, your order will be delivered on Tuesday.
The cost of a fast delivery is $6, regardless of the size and weight of your package.
Fast delivery is supported by MAIL.

Delivery (fast or standard) is offered for all orders over $38.
Packages are supported by USPS.

If every time your order is too large, track order will left in your mailbox. Your order, will then be available at the nearest post office.
If you choose Standard Delivery:
- It’s fully trackable.
- If your order is above $38.00, no delivery charge will be applied. If your order value is less than this, the delivery charge is $5.00.
- Your parcel will arrive within 2 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after you place your order.
- Deliveries aren’t made on bank holidays, so you can expect your order to arrive the next working day.
- Your order will be delivered in your mailbox.
